The sample pictured is knit with

Lucy Neatby's Celestial Merino Dream

100% premium merino wool

280m/310 yds per 100g skein

Color shown: Sugar Maple

The angular lines of this handpainted scarf are achieved by combining a simple lace pattern with garter stitch blocks. The constantly changing direction of the pattern creates the effect of an interlocking brick façade.

Easy to work in a fingering weight merino wool, you can fashion several versions of this scarf: as a neck warmed, as a full scarf (pictured) or as a shawl.
